Our Experience
Since 2003 Mr. Hernandez worked in the industrial electrical & instrumentation department. In 2012 he started to create and manage schedules, track progress, and identify potential risks for multiple construction companies. He is a highly skilled and experienced P6 scheduler, proficient in all aspects of the software and has a deep understanding of project scheduling.
Our Services
The founding purpose of the company is to create P6 Resource Loaded Schedules, Gantt Charts, Work Breakdown Structure, Organizational Breakdown Structure, Critical Path Activities, Milestones, Resource Allocation, Project Reports, Weekly or Daily Updated Reports, Lookaheads, Detailed Progress Curves, & Earned Value Management.
